US air traffic control boss quits over sleeping controllers

The head of the US air traffic control has resigned after a series of incident in which controllers sleeping on the job. The Federal Aviation Administration’s Air Traffic Organization, which is in charge of more than 9 million departures and arrivals at more than 400 airports annually, has launched an investigation into why at least four controllers fell asleep at work.

Emirates Airlines Does it Again and Again and Again to the same client!!

Three complaints from the same client, click on the link below! What's inexcusable is that Emirates doesn't even bother to reply despite Gulf News follow ups. 

Last year I discovered that Emirates had not credited me for 5 flights and they begrudgingly gave me the miles only after several calls and after I  emailed copies of my online check-ins. The EK fares from Dubai are diabolically expensive, they were AED2700 more expensive than Singapore Airlines to Brisbane and SQ is infinitely better any day!
